Farah won in 12:56 at Pre last year (which was warm and breezy) a little before the Olympics. That makes two races in two consecutive years that Farah has run sub 13. He has yet to be in a fast race this year...but that certainly doesn't he indicate he can't do it.
Additionally, I really don't think a guy in 13 low shape can consistently trounce everybody and anyone, especially proven 12:4x guys. If he is really in 13:0x condition coming to the bell in even 12:10-15 should have him pretty darn stressed, especially if it is any sort of remotely off day, certainly enough to blunt the kick and allow speedy guys like a Alamirew or Gebremeskel to have their wat.
