I am running the Great North Run in 12-13 weeks time and just bought this book, the schedule C peaks at 72 miles however im concerned with the lack of quality workouts, for example those who don't have access to the book:
Week 6: 15 mile long run, 10 mile long run, 5 x 3:00 moderately steep uphill
No speed workout? Should I throw a speed workout in there for good measure or follow the program step by step?
(Im aiming for sub 1:25)
