Soo is it true that it takes 6 weeks to peak your anaerobic fitness? If this is the case, would it be wise to do workouts like repeat miles or twelves towards the end of base building season or would that just be dumb?
My XC in-season goes from the end of august until about the end of November (for hopefully nationals) and I was planning on starting these workouts about the end of July. THOUGHTS??!?
