I ran 12 x 400m repeats straight through with 1 minute rest between each. Did this workout solo. I know it's not fast, but based on these splits, what would you think my 5k time could be?

= 71.2 avg
Two weeks ago, I ran a 9:57 for 3200m and ran majority of it solo as well.
My 5k goal is 15:44. I want to beat Mary Cain lol. Do I have a chance?
