Is this true ?
I was in the gym and an old sprinter (10,03 / 20,32 / 45,98) saw me doing some lunges, calf raises, squats, cleans and so on..
He told me that only Squats and Cleans would help my running? I'm a 400/800 guy ?
Is this true and should I just throw calf raises, leg extensions away, and step-ups away?
Thinking of only doing power cleans, ½ squats and lunges? and then ofc someting for upper body, bench, barbells weights for arms? 3 x 5 ..
Do you have any advice for weigts in the 400/800 ? and is this true
