ha the winner fist pumping like crazy!
And the kid actually holds it together fairly well for a 5:01ish. Winner 4:4x?
Winner 4:40.high
"There's three more!"
Anyone see the steeple races? What happened?
Looks like the chubby kid may have just barely hung on for second to last.
Going to be honest, in super small doses stuff like this middle school mile, or greek 4x100 is watchable. Something about casual races on a track like this with commentary is modestly entertaining.
Now for the real show though. Wonder if Rupp is bringing it hard to prepare for the Oxy 1500, or just doing some sort of moderate workout type thing with maybe a fast quick at the end.
We shall see.
Men's winner 8:57, didn't catch the name though. Missed womens

I'll save you the suspense - he won't be bringing it hard
Hillary Holt runs 4:11 to win Women's 1500m
this announcer rocks - he is a true track guy
Announcer calls the 1500 well, doesn't know what division College of Idaho is but correctly deduces it is NAIA.
Who's this rascal out front?
Hillary Holt was 4:18 previously for NAIA #1, 7 seconds faster now.
58.8 first 400 for mens.
Men's 1500m. Announcer: "So who's this rascal out front here?"
Brett Johnson going with rabbit, gap on everyone else. 1:59.
2:44 Bell, Johnson way out in front. Chase pack at 2:48
Johnson cruising, 50m on everyone else. 3:42 for Johnson, Dickson of BYU 2nd in 3:45.
Fun to watch with these guys!
