Email addresses by themselves are not considered nPII so no.

Well .... now that the emails are out one could have an easier time figuring out account credentials to login. They don't have MFA.

If you save your cc info on their site it's a problem.

Unfortunately for them, this falls under "sharing email addresses without consent" and violates GDPR

Again? They exposed our credit card numbers too. There was a class action suit because of it.

Thought about doing this, but the whole point is that I don't want a bunch of randos knowing my email address. Being the replier just singles out your own email address.

Running Warehouse use to be my favorite, customer for 30+ years. I gave up on them a couple years ago customer service went downhill and other online sources better now.

Sounds like their IT is as dated as their warehouse and catalog model.

Is this a new/different class action? I got a settlement for the October 2021 from a different law firm, and I assume that the window has probably closed on filing a claim for that one.
