I just recently got cleared to run again from a stress fracture in my foot. I have been out for about 10 weeks. I am planning on training very hard for a few 8ks in the fall and a very long outdoor season in the spring. I am a 25:00 min 8ker and a 14:50 5ker. I am basically starting from scratch and am looking for some great training advice.
