Question for guys who run relatively high mileage (90 and above)
After taking a planned break, whether after a season or a big race, what weekly mileage do you start back up at?
Any responses would be greatly appreciated!

I was wondering the same thing. I've heard all sorts of things but so far here is what I'm doing.
ran Boston, took a full week off. Was running in high 60s-70s for a few months before hand. Ran 40 miles all easy last week. Planning on all easy miles with strides and hill sprints this week to get 65. Following week 70. Then 75, then 80 and hold there. Then add workouts and maintain, taking a down week or a day off when necessary.
I run about 90-100 mpw and usually start at 50 after a break. increase by about 10 mpw until I get to 80 and then start a slower build up
