This is like worrying if a racehorse has enough time to eat.
These are coddled athletes. They don't have (actually probably not allowed to have) part time jobs to worry about. They have a team of academic counselors and tutors working with them. They have plenty of down time on airplanes and in hotels. They do not have to worry about meals or most other "life maintenance" (for lack of a better term) issues that the average student has to deal with. The basketball people have a vested interest in keeping them academically eligible to play.

You are right, they do have plenty of time. Not much of that time will be used for study however. Let's be honest, the majority of kids playing in the final four don't really take real classes not do they attend those classes. Just stating a simple fact.
It's the sweet 16 teams that had Thursday and Friday road games two weeks in a row.
The final 4 teams do not have additional weekday travel games.
And they deal with this the whole season. The tournament is just a couple of more days of missed class.
