My everyday training shoes feel clunky & unresponsive (Saucony Guide 5's). I've been using the Mirage for tempos & I'm thinking of switching to these as my everyday shoe.
I'm concerned that I won't recover as well (more muscle fatigue etc) but the lighter shoes feel so much nicer to run in.
Any advice from those who use lightweight trainers as their regular shoes? Do you need to be a certain standard to make the switch? This is not about minimalism, I'm not going to train in flats.
