I feel like I'm anemic, but I've been taking iron supplements consistently for a year due to lower levels. I backed off my training and still feeling awful so I know it isn't overtraining, plus I only run 40 miles a week and easy days are easy. 2 sessions and 1 long run. I'm now quite concerned, I am calling to get my blood tested on monday. I'm actually concerned I have been taking too much iron now even though my supplements say take 1 to 2 a day. I can't see how I can be anemic with a daily supplement and red meat a few times a week. Can too much iron make you feel the same as anemia?
Any suggestions.
