My running has been pretty rocky for about 1.5 months now. I have tendonitis/aches/ pains flaring up all over my lower body. It has all been a big domino effect. Here's what has happened in order:
Left Ankle Sprain, Right foot Peroneal Tendontitis, Left quad soreness, minor right foot plantar fasciatis, and now left knee Synovitis( Diagnosed by MRI). Nothing major but enough to force me to really scale back my training. The knee was very swollen last week and i'm shocked its not something worse.
I scattered 3 periods of 5 days completely off during this time period. I went to a PT and they concluded I have big Bio Mechanical flaws with balance and calf weakness. Wondering Ii I should try Orthotics. Have they worked for any of you with similar issues?
