Perfect day here in IL. Low 30's, no wind, no snow. Great upbeat running weather.

4 miles easy (the only way I run)
A little bit over ten miles on the roads at an easy pace (I didn't wear a watch).

Down to the wine cellar twice. The first for an outstanding Sea Smoke Chardonnay while I prepare dinner: standing rib roast, stuffed mushrooms, and roasted potatoes and asparagus. The second for a Plumpjack Merlot....
This is a day off. Since I am not Mo, I will enjoy it and not suffer 15 degrees.
Merry Christmas!
Good Lord can I run straight to your house for Christmas dinner??? ;-)
36 degrees, drizzle, 10-15mph wind (so kinda nasty)

Wore my old flats to start the intervals but during the second one I tore through the side of the flat and had to switch back to trainers which made the pace a little harder than it should have.

11mi total. Pretty bad conditions here - 38° and pouring rain the whole time.
Easy 10 miles @7:34 pace. Haven't ran on the roads since the 13th so it felt great. Hope everyone had an amazing run as well!

Where are you located? I did 14 in MN today. We're usually one of the coldest states this time of year, but today it was a balmy 6 with a windchill of -3 when I ran. Only enough for some light freezing of the eyelids. :)
I made a glorious return to my Christmas Day workout tradition!
Ran 3 mile repeats at 5:41, 5:39, 5:36. Two minutes in between each. About 8.5 miles total with warm up and cool down. Still a shell of my former self, but not too bad.
Temperature was 17 F in Wisconsin. Wore my warm pants for the first two repeats, but stripped down to short shorts for the last one. I was one of those guys who would heat up too much in college, so keeping my pants on for the first two was pretty unusual for me.
12 miles, 6:11 minutes per mile average.
bout 7.5 miles, steady pace - very quiet run in busy area
11.7mph on a treadmill at 0% incline for 42 minutes. trying to build up for a half marathon at the end of april or end of may
People keep coming up to me in the gym and asking me if i'm ok.. they tell me that they are scared i'm going to fall off the treadmill
6 ez relaxed miles on double track wooded trails. All alone. Great.
18 miles in the rain and wind that preceded the north texas snowstorm. i had eldorado country club all to myself, except for one lone runner i saw briefly.
Christmas Eve- 11 hilly miles in HR zone-3 in Patapsco amidst a light first snow.
7.5 miles on a snowy golf course, which took a while.
15 solid miles in slightly uncomfortable 74 degree weather with no wind whatsoever. Well...maybe a little bit of a wind.
An hour around a small mountain (but not to the top) in the Peak District near where I grew up.
Was not going to go but weather was really bad the day before and I like to get the mounting run in when I visit home
Used to do that run nearly every week and usually right to the top back when I lived there
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
