How many other runners out there drink 30-40 sometimes more than 50 beers a week and still do good? I'm definitely not the best runner out there but I have managed to get my 800 time down to 1:51, everyday after practice I drink between 2-4 beers and more on the weekends. I am wondering if anyone has ever had a negative experience with this and if I cut it down to just drinking 2-3 beers a night is that even enough to affect performance? I still have a few years left of running in college and I just want to know if being alcohol free can make performance that much better
