Yes, both Pomona-Pitzer and CMC-Harvey Mudd-Scripps have teams and both are ranked DIII, with CMS being higher ranked this year.
If you are considering MIT and CalTech, Mudd is really the only other schools in that class. However, since it only is undergrad-plus a a specialized Masters it is probably better for undergrads than the other two. It only has about 800 students, but the five schools combined have about 5000 and all of the schools are together in a bunch. You can cross-register for courses at the other schools and it makes Mudd a little less intense an atmosphere than the other two.
