Your Question: Im a freshman in college running the 8k and i ran first 8k in 31:52. From that point I’ve dropped tremendously. Going from 31:52 to 30:15 in the next race. Next week I ran the course in 28:49. My mileage has been less than 50 and I wonder what can do I need to do next year summer to achieve possibly a sub 27 performance in the season.
