The other day I averaged 4:59 for 4-1mile repeats (4:54,4:59,5:01,5:03) with 2:05 rest, the workout was definitely not all out, but wasn't completely relaxed. What do you think this would translate to an 8k or 5 mile time, based on this? If it helps, I've been running between 80-85 miles a week in 7 days (70-75 on 6 day weeks), and I plan to start tapering next week.
