"My goal is to first run 100 meters at race pace and then work up from there." - Ryan Hall
Is he coached by that crazy guy from Texas?
That must be his 'deer in the headlights' look.
I understand why the Europeans go there (close to home, no timezone difference) but for an American it doesn't make sense. New Mexico would be much better and there you don't risk getting Malaria.
Wow he's only running 6 miles a day now? He really must have messed up his legs a lot if he's still injured
24 carat frootloop
There is no USDA in Kenya.
wow. there are a few paragraphs in there and not one mention of god. thats progress
And so the downward spiral continues.. he's just that much closer to a "Remember Ryan Hall?" thread.

There's also no FICA, FDIC, USPS, NRA, GOP, USGS, or ADA in Kenya.
"My point is that there is a reason why Jim is a heel striker and I am a forefoot striker."
And that's about as close to a god reference as you'll get in a piece brought to you by a sponsor.
Of this list of famous heelstrikers Jim Ryuns name has never come up even once. Ryun was not a heelstriker. Where in heck did Hall come up with that one?
Jesus is taking him on such an exciting adventure!
It will be interesting to see what happens. He needs to tap back into the love of the game.

You are wrong.
Perhaps he will heal the sick, cure leprosy, and change coke to pepsi while learning how to run 2:06 again...
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
