umm..haven't you ever heard of jordan hasay?
Wanna hear the best part? She didn't take the lead until the pack was into the last mile.
That's right. She ran in the pack and then put 24 seconds on them in the last mile, running in the 4:50s. Impressive.
Jordan will be tough to beat this year, but Abbey is on such a great progression...she didn't even push until the last k or two then eased away. Looked so smooth,
And she ran 25ish seconds faster than she did in this race last year, and look at the year she just had.
Abbey speaks. :-)
D'Agostino is a beast now, she has confidence supreme she missed making the Olympics in the 5K by like half a second!
Hasay won't even finish in top 5, most likely pull a Barringer.
My predictions
D'Agostino
Flood
Goethals!
Nasty Natasha
Telliamuk!

No Cuffe or Kroeger?
Rodgers..
I love Abbey, but remember she was 3rd in this race last year. If she can improve that much, so can someone else.
Hasay really? I mean let us compare the two since the last nationals. Last NCAA the two finish almost together with JH edging AD by 1 place and about 1 second. Now lets look at the year that followed...both of which were good, but Abbey was the NCAA champ in the 5k, and hit the Olympic A standard. This more than makes up the second needed to get past Jordan. Abbey should also have a much easier road throughout the season than will Jordan. I think at this point Abbey is the hands down favorite for the NCAA title without a doubt.
As Mark Coogan would say, she can really drag her balls across an XC course
Champions aren't crowned in September!

Was he trying to be funny when he said that? Ouch!

Gee, ya think so, Einstein?
Big Green, you really don't know your running do you? It takes some experience. Jordan will run well and prove herself. No big deal here.
What about Natasha Rodgers? No mention of her whatsoever yet...

You must be clueless and/or unaware of the fastest 10,000m runner in the NCAA.And she is not attending school in Texas.

That was a weak field at paul short.
Where does Natosha Rodgers go to school if not in Texas?
