I know this guy – you are way off. He is trying to promote his new adult entertain establishment “Sluts Run”. He tried to register SLTS RUN, but apparently the DMV disapproved because the plates came back like this.

are you seriously posting a picture of a license plate on the front page and completely ignoring the University of Richmond cutting it's men's track team?
What is this University of Richmond track team you speak of?
Anyone work in the police department anywhere or the courts where they can look up who the license place belongs to?

Looking up random driver info for fun and profit is a good way to get your ass fired. At least in the Libertarian freedom-loving state I live.
The LTS RUN could refer to street racing. "Running" your car is a metaphor for racing. Maybe this person is into street racing?
well done!

Hi Wejo, thanks for posting my car on the site.
Seriously, it is a dream come true. I have been disabled my whole life and have always dreamed about running a marathon. So, I put the sticker on my car and got license plates to remind me "keep dreaming". My dream has not become reality yet, but one day it will.
Also, it is pretty funny getting out of a car decked out in running promotional stuff whilst having no real legs.
You can't possibly win, just give up now.

This is America. It's not illegal to post photos of cars.
If the person wants to be interviewed anonymously and pick up their tshirt that is fine as well. I'm just trying to have some fun with this.

http://i.qkme.me/366iev.jpgIt doesn't say "Lets Run"... it says "LTS RUN". Get it right. LTS RUN has nothing to do with this site.
