On a different note, I bet just coincidence. Some runner that wants to tout some experience and love for the sport. Not for the website.

Or the owner is trying to entice others to run with him? Like "Hey, babe, like my porsche? Let's run some time!" Though I would be surprised if he/she hadn't heard of the website.
Does Texas limit vanity plates to six characters?
Here in California, the limit is seven characters. So LETS RUN would be a valid plate, and presumably the top choice for a hobby-jogging fan of this website.
For instance, I have seen POT SMKR (don't know how they got that approved) and RUN BRFT.

So here's what we know: dude/chick drives a Porsche, puts a 26.2 sticker on it, has a vanity plate promoting a website to which s/he apparently has no affiliation, then to top it all off parks in a handicapped space? WTF?
