I'm an upperclassman at a medium-sized Midwest U. I spent my first two years of college training at a pretty dedicated level, averaging about 50 miles per week over a semester with a high of about 65-70. This got me to the point where I could consistently run between 17:30-18:30. Lately I've been feeling a little burnt out with the hard training and the monotony of going at it alone, but I'm not sure I would be able to drop running completely and I feel like my dedication to training helps keep me structured in everyday life. So I'm asking letsrun for some opinions, new ways to spice up the training, or good ways to supplement/replace the running.
