Hey, I'm a high school junior looking for a good DIII running school and I'm interested in Middlebury. Could anyone from the team or anyone else who knows tell me what their training is like? How's the coach? Thanks!

Are you male or female?

Why not just email the coach? Give him your events, times, gpa, test scores and express your interest in the college. You will probably hear back, and then ask away. Most programs are happy to let you call, email, Facebook their team members, and you can ask your questions. Much better than LetsRun, where you might get a straight answer but will have no idea who it is and what their agenda might be.
I don't go to Middlebury, but they have built a very good men's program in the last few years. It is a great school academically. I would email the coach and ask about the program if I were you. I think that most d3 coaches will answer emails or put you in contact with a current runner if you express interest. Good luck with your decision, if you are considering a school like this than you are probably going to be fine.
Didn't mean to just rehash what you said, Metro. You must have posted while I was typing my response.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
