i am going into my 3rd year of college. Last year i ran 25:00 running 70-80 miles a week. This year i upped my mileage to 90-100 miles a week and the body responded pretty well.
I did a mile repeat workout today with splits of 4:55, 4:52, 4:50, 4:46, 4:45 with 4 minutes recovery. I've been doing tempos/farleks so far. this is my first interval workout. i'll do it again in 2-3 weeks and see how i compare. what do y'all think i can run this season if everything goes smoothly??
