I just ran a 31 second 200 all out. What can I run for 800 meters?

Your first 200 is from a standing start so your second through fourth 200s should each be about 1 second faster. So, 31 + 30 + 30 + 30 = 121 = 2:01.
2:22
he said the 31 was all out. you cant run 4 all out 200s consecutively. that would mean they werent all out. for a time, i dont know, maybe a 2:20.
Less than 3:00 but possible more if you take it out in 32-33 and think you can hang on for 600m further.
I'm afraid I won't have an answer for you until tomorrow. It will take some time to process the vast amount of information you have provided.

About 875 yds or so is my guess.
About 2:30 I'd guess.
heres the deal yo wrote:

Time to change the batteries on your sarcasm detector.
probably about 9 minutes.
2:12 maybe?? but you need to do 80 miles a week
guys, i just ran a 1:59
it was crazy. i went out in 31 (my 200 pr!!) and managed to close in 1:28. i was listening to a really good song on my ipod and it just had me pumped up.
last night i ran a 4:59 for a mile in lane 2 in 70% humidy.
But seriously....a maximum capability over 200m of 31.0 sec. (in spikes I presume?)indicates a potential 800m time of 2:29-2:30....provided you have developed the appropriate aerobic capacity and speed endurance...many young high schoolers have this sort of speed but can't come close to 2:30 for 800 because these other performance parameters just haven't yet been developed.
BTW,31 sec. also indicates a 400m potential of about 67-68ish for 400m.
200m x 4 is 800m.
so if you ran a 31s 200m, you'd run a 2:04 800m.
you're welcome
