Would Cam Levins have won the 1500 if he was in the race at NCAAs? Those guys all tied up at the end, don't think that he would have!

Yes and the steeple.
No, because Galen Rupp would have gapped him, and Robbie Andrews would have tripped him in the backstretch.
I mean he can kick ,but not in 53.5 ...that wind wouldn't allow him to lead the whole way ,so I don't think he could've won, mby 3rd.
Not in 53.5 in a 1500 really?! He split 54.2 yesterday in the 5000 and could have gone faster if pushed. Pretty sure he split 54.8 at MT. SAC to run past Lawi. He also has finished in 26 over the last 200 several times in his 5000's. Maybe he wouldn't have won the 1500, but he could have been right there, and he didn't have to run another event after winning 2 NCAA titles. By the way can Lalang ever win again? He went from unbeatable to just another guy between Indoor and outdoor Champs. I think when Derrick and then Levins beat him in back to back meets he quit on the season.
it is easier to split faster in a 5K than off a faster pace in a 1500. you try it. the 1500 is much higher intensity it is a whole different animal than the 5

i agree with this but Levins usually didn't start his real kick until like 150-120 to go, so he probably could have split 52high if pushed earlier in his 10k or 5k
Who knows, but he would have schooled German Fernandez.
