I am a 1:58 800m runner and the track season is under away. What is a good meal plans or any advice on how I should eat and what I should eat and how much during the season. I need to gain some weight for the 800m im getting really skinny.

I usually take a gel on the starting line and another at the 500 mark.

not sure if gaining weight will help but i don't know the specifics.
The year that I ran 1:49 I ate mostly P.F. Changs and totino's pizza rolls.
Just make sure you include pure hate.
