Track season began about 2 weeks ago and my mileage has dropped big time. I was running 60MPW consistently in the winter and it has dropped to the low 40's now. Obviously there is more high intensity stuff with 2 races a week + a track workout.
1) I dont have a race this week so is it okay to bump my mileage back up to around 50.
2) My season will end the first of May, will the drop not be as detrimental since I have a relatively short season?
