I am a senior in hs. Pr: 10:14 (last week) felt pretty comfortable.
Ran 5x1000 with 3 min rest today with one 400 at the end.

Felt strong up until the last one when I really started to feel it. Overall pleased with my workout. What do you guys think I can run for a 3200 right now? Sub 10?
