On easy days we will do something like a dynamic warm up, hand offs, block starts.
Or I'll work a different system while resting the other. Like sprints one day, short hills a different day, weights and core work another day, etc.
Mix it up. Don't do the same thing every day. They are a pain in the you know what though because you have to stay on them. If you don't they will just stand in a big clump waiting for your next command even if that means 20 minutes. So, get a good Captain for your sprint crew! That will help.
