When an adult tells a student they will be expelled for not performing oral sex, it has a lot more weight than when someone your same age says it. Do you understand power and manipulation at all or are you just not thinking clearly?
Well, first, I was talking about in general not in a position of power. I completely do think that it's inappropriate in a position of power.
But I think it should be illegal for anyone in a position of power to be in any kind of relationship with a subordinate (possibly unless they were already in a relationship). No matter the ages.
To your response to the other poster and in relation to my initial response, if 14 yr olds are so childish, then they should be prohibited from having sex with ANYONE not just adults. Many 14 yr olds may or may not be mentally mature for a relationship, but many are physically mature which is enough for a sexual relationship. Marrying or taking the virginity of a minor should be the only things that are illegal to a person not in a position of power.
What 14 yr old is going to blow their teacher if they don't want to? That's a stupid example. If they are dumb enough for that at 14 yrs old, then they will never be any brighter and should be prohibited from having sex FOREVER. 14 yr olds aren't that stupid. They will simply tell their parents as soon as they get home. This is what 14 yr old girls love to do - to make trouble for people.
