my teammate once ate 3 racks of ribs, a plate of nachos, 26 snicker bars, and a 12 pound lobster before putting on a dominant display at the bernards invitational 2 mile. he overcame what is unofficially known as the worst side stitch in history to finish with a huge PB. truly inspirational stuff
I heard it was actually 4 racks of ribs, 3 plates of nachos, 26 snickers, 6 lbs of bacon, 8 racks of lamb, 12 goldfish 100 calorie packets, 7 red bulls, and 12 lbs of lobster before putting on a once in a lifetime performance at the prestigious Bernards Invitational 2 mile. I heard that it was scientifically proven that it was the worst side stitch in modern human history.

The word "who" is used to replace the subject of a sentence, "the do-er of an action."
The word "whom" is used to replace the object of an action. It doesn't have anything to do with a certain number of people.
So "whom" is correct in this case.
