I live in Indy and I had no clue that was Bob Kennedy's wife. Damn.

Thankfully the voters of Indianapolis are smart enough not to elect a Democrat.

Also she is a democrat and this is happening because Democrats are awful creating jobs.

and what kind of pol would she have been? im guessing the typical kind- no concept of a principled philosophy, just building upon past precedents of failed social concepts which are promoted with a one sided illogical mentality. dimes to donuts she ran on "it makes the belly feel good type of platform."

You'd be surprised at how many Dems actually do hold office in the South. A majority of them are conservative Dems, but Dems nonetheless.

They should have seen if Jim Ryun would have come and campaigned for her.

If you've ever lived in Indiana (as I used to) or even been there, you'll already know that it is VERY similar in many ways to the South. Very active KKK, for instance...
