In the past two weeks I ran two pb's the 10k 36:56 and 5k 17:36. I am 14 and a guy. What do you think I could run for other distances off these times and are these good for my age. I train 30+ mile weeks

Very solid for a 14 year old running 30+ MPW. You'll definitely be a sub-5:00 miler in HS.
Those are pretty good PBs.
I'd say the 36:56 is superior to the 17:36- you have quite a bit of strength. Do some speedwork, a little bit of work on the track, and these will be even better (if you haven't done so already).
You have a bright future and lots of potential. Just don't let certain setbacks (a few bad races, injuries, illness) ruin your love of running.
those are very good times for a 14 year old. Get out there and run a lot and do good speed work. Train smart and keep it fun.
Thank's if I improve my PB's in any events I will post it under another thread. Thanks for the advice.
According to the IAAF scoring tables
10km: 36:56 = 457 points
5km: 17:36 = 408 points
An equivalent performance across a range of distances....
Based on 10km time:
800: 2:14.66
1500: 4:38.98
mile: 5:00.89
3k: 10:03.20
2 mile: 10:49.83
5k: 17:14.40
Based on 5km time:
800: 2:17.38
1500: 4:44.82
mile: 5:07.18
3k: 10:16.25
2 mile: 11:03.89
10k: 37:47.60
I don't know the circumstances surrounding the race times you gave for 5km, and 10km, but based solely on the time, you 10km performance is superior.
I think they are fairly equal
Good going for 14 keep up the training
The 5k was run for half of it on a flat gravel trail, while the 10k was run on a fairly hilly course.
