How long does your high school team go for warmups and cooldowns? Let's say for a speed workout like 200s/400s? And how about for something like mile repeats? And then how about for a 5k race?
We do usually 1 mile, sometimes 2 for a warmup. And the cooldown is usually 1.5. I wish we did 3 and 3 but my coach thinks thats too much.
What do you guys do for different stuff?
