That's an average of 4.30, so 90sec/400m = 18.45. BUT, if you are in HS, so racing 5k, why are you doing 6 reps, when 4 would likely suffice, especially since it is still August and your major meets are weeks (or months) away?
So you have the strength to run 5k+ at this pace (18.45) - I like the 2min recovery - but (as with all threads of this type) knowing only one session doesn't necessarily tell the whole story. Are you a distance-type or a middle-distance type, etc.(so many variables) What are your previous results to indicate the appropriate intensity of this session (or was it based on a Daniel's type chart)?, is this your own session or one prescribed by a coach? More importantly, where is this session supposed to progress towards, i.e. what are the planned sessions to follow that make this session significant, or has it any relation to any further sessions? These questions should be answered by your coach rather than a message board.
