I've been reading on alot of trainers websites and even hearing it from coaches that the recovery week is essential. My question is, how often should I take one, how many miles would I cut down on that week, and when the week after that comes, would I be able to jump back into my miles?
Like, if I'm at 60 miles this week, and next week is my recovery week, how many miles would I do that week, and the week after that would I be able to go right back to 60?
