A poster who was a high school xc runner posted about his shoes taking too long to dry out after running on trails (presumably muddy). Others thought this was strange, but living in the Seattle area I can relate.
If you want to get out and run here year-round, you're going to find youself running in rain. Usually it's just a continuous mist and not much of a problem. Even so it would be nice to have some better options. I have some goretex Merrell shoes that I use when I want to do a long run in relatively heavy rain, but they are pretty clunky.
What are some good options for running in wet weather?
