Don't fill 'down time' up with scheduled activities;
give em plenty of free time especially if you do double workouts.
often times this stuff often times happens on its own - but not always. If it is be flexible and let it happen
You got a well known or semi celebrity speaker to present for 45- 50 min w question answer. Could even be a recent former athlete from your school. Big names that are contemporary are better - anyone the admire or look up to, however.

Skits - which I hate. but are 'team builders'. Kumbaya not necessary.
4 days and 3 nights goes pretty quick - short the time the more exact you planning should be.
As per previous post - beware the night - and the hookin up - if male/female. Check on those creatures at random or highly suspicious times - i.e., after YOU think your in the clear. I'd be casual but certainly 'obvious' - maybe this isn't a prob for you however. But if you have male/female - it likely is.
