Racing goal: Hayward Classic age graded mile try for a sub 6. If this gets canceled I will run an all comers mile at LCC no peak or hard stuff just a few weeks of pace work.

Still like the idea of a daily run and prioritizing health over fitness
The sub 20 is soft since I ran almost a minute faster an have not did my 10 years of improvement but it is a real challenge and will keep me in the game. I am going to minimize efforts over 60percent except for the sprint stuff.
Focus is on TWO AREAS:
1.Salvaging SPRINT SPEED NeuroMuscular stuff
2.Aerobic energy production mity mitos lsd maf CImax ect.
