Ive been having achilles issues for about a year now and Ive done everything possible. So i got my form analyzed and learned that my RIGHT foot mildly overpronates while my LEFT foot is neutral. This makes sense since when i wear a shoe for overpronators my left achilles hurts and when i wear a neutral shoe my right achilles hurts. is there any way i can get a shoe rit for me/get rid of this? THANKS
I had a similar pattern possibly due to pelvic tilt where I under-pronated on the left and over-pronated on the right. I have had luck using a talented bodywork guy to get my muscles to work properly and working on my form using minimalist shoes. I was very careful with changing form. The last time I got shoes they video-taped me, and my footfall was neutral. So far, I am holding up well. Hope this helps
