Mr. Canova,
thanks for sharing your knowledge, very interesting
Besides the use of different stimula, can you give some training advice for amateur, not talented runners ?
I'm curious about this as well. How does mental talent play in? How about emotions. I think mental talent can be very useful. Emotions can be stressful and distracting so harmony must be studied, perhaps via art. So a smart scientist could employ art for stable living! Mental talent can spearguard rest, making up for latent late blooming physical talent. I think gene expression from talented genes to not talented and back, can happen and a person can have a mix of genes. I think lifestyle, diet and positive people can improve gene expression. But it takes time. I theorize if after 2 years you still aren't hyper responding, either program not designed right or you might in fact be untalented. But patience I believe in researching.
Mr Canova have you heard of contemporary philosopher and mathematician Lebanese Christian Nassim Nicholas Taleb. Because he writes about super compensation. Also very complicated mathematics: statistics, probability. It seems in the Mo Farah workout it was quite complicated and mathematically designed. Taleb has "portfolio ideas " too, I think that can mirror life and training strategies. :-)
