Pretend you have to come up with a weekly schedule for a 800-mile runner. It has to be ~140 miles per week. Pretend the runner can't race any further than about a mile without one of his legs giving out. But this runner likes to run a ton of miles.
How would you schedule his days/weeks? How about base training? and racing season?
PS: The racing season can be down around 100 miles per week.
