Hey all! So I was wondering if upping up my mileage and adding drills every week will help me drop my 10k time. I ran 35:48 last track season and I was bummed because I didn't make it. I have been working harder than ever and adding mileage since last track season. Also do you think losing 5-8lbs before outdoors would help me?
Thank you
If anyone else has any tips as to what they did before a break through season I would like to know. I have also lowered all of my indoor prs this season so I am at a good starting point.
