OK so here is the deal. As a sophomore i went 2:08 4:44 10:13 and 17:20. Then this year I ran 16:50 in cross and open up the indoor season with a 2:20? I have been doing 40 miles a week lifting to get strong eating healthy and getting sleep? whats going on i should be faster then i was last year and my cross country should have been faster to. whats going on? please help.
