About to start a work out in half an hour with a rhinovirus. Any suggestions on running through a cold?

This morning, I was out in the dark in 28' temps with 15 mph winds with a cold. Gargle with listerine, use a saline rinse to try to open up the nasal passages, then most importantly, over dress for the weather. I had on a balaclava covering my mouth and nose, and threw a heavy sweat shirt over my usual Under Armour base layer. Put off speedwork to another day and don't worry about time. Just get in the miles and maintain your fitness until you start to feel a little better.
If it's just in your head (sinus congestion) keep at it. If it gets in your chest, back off.
