hi, i took no time off after track and went straight into xc training and my results in xc this year have been terrible. my track season was good, but i cant get it together now. ive been shut down for the season by my coach now, as im not going to make our championship lineup. i was in it last year, but this year ive got nothing. is this likely due to not taking a break after the track season and being burnt out???? i appreciate any thoughts!!!
