I figure out how maby miles I need to run Saturday and Sunday to get to 100 for the week. Then I run that much. Usually a long run plus another run.
like a race.
5k warm up, 8k race, 5k cool down.
+ strides
Otherwise it is a workout.
i'd need about 70 miles if i did that. Do I look like Dean Karnazes?

assuming non-race week.... all feel, baby. if i feel trashed from friday's workout, completely off. if i feel fantastic, normal run. if i feel average, i usually just a sloooooow 4-6 mile shakeout.
