AM-Shaved my legs.

AM-Light jog. 2 miles, I think.

AM-Heavier jog. 3 miler. Coffee at Starbucks.

Rest day.

AM-Swim at YMCA. Couple of laps in my sweet Speedo.

Why do all runners always try to put down triathletes?
like whoever put up their "training plan", you should know that most triathletes train more in a week than you. They aren't just good at one sport but three.
